Grilled Oysters with Chilau Parmesan and Butter

I'll be honest, prior to this recipe I never liked oysters. I'm stilling working my way up to eating them raw, but grilled with Chilau Sauce, butter and parmesan cheese was unreal! Simple recipe with amazing results! 




  1. Shuck oysters
  2. Place on hot grill
  3. Add Chilau Pepper Sauce

  4. Add Parmesan Cheese
  5. Add Melted Butter
  6. Grill until oyster liquor starts to bubble
  7. Grab some crackers and enjoy!
