Chilau Boil Bomb flavor base is the answer for family cooking. Instead of containers upon containers of spice mix, Chilau has created this concentrated flavor base that you can use to create the perfect seasoning every time for your crab, seafood or low country boil. Using Boil Bomb as a base, anyone can make a flavorful boil without all of the fuss. With the power of this flavor, you can make a rich broth with a deep, robust flavor for big parties and small dinners alike. As a powerful concentrate you can mix it with water or stock to create your own seafood boil or crab boil base. With just 8 minutes on the stove, you'll have a flavorful broth that is ready for boiling crabs, shrimp, crawfish, potatoes and corn. You can throw your shoe in the pot and it’s guaranteed to come out delicious!

The sauces are concentrated so they do have a kick when tasted directly, but the heat mellows out when used in a recipe and when following the suggested ratios on the bottle. On a scale from 1 to 10 the seafood sauces are a 6 used directly and a 3 when used in a recipe. The Boil Bomb is a 10 when used directly and also a 3 following the suggested ratio. With Boil Bomb a little goes a long way! You can make it as spicy or as mild as you desire!

All products have a 24 month shelf life unopened. After bottles are opened store in refrigerator and use within 2 months. First 2 digits on the top of the bottle is the year it was produced.
