Shrimp and Sausage Chilau

This recipe represents the basic components for traditional Tampa style Chilau accept I only used shrimp and sausage in this recipe, no crab. Feel free to make the base your own and experiment with the meats and veggies to create new recipes. This is the recipe featured on the side of the Original (blue label) bottle. Many of our fans find the flavor very similar to Shrimp Creole.

  • Making this for our dinner. Added mushrooms and Boursin cream cheese spread as my partner is not into spicy food. Used Citrus sauce and waiting for grits to finish up. Smells and tastes wonderful!!!
