Garlic Pepper Shrimp Scampi

on the grill


  • 2 lbs of 6-8 Colossal Shrimp
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1/2 cup of fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 Cup of dried garlic flakes or 1/2 of fresh minced garlic
  • Chilau Garlic Pepper 


  1. Seasoning Shrimp on both sides with Chilau Garlic Pepper
  2. Pre-heat grill (in oven convection roast at 375)
  3. Place cast iron pan on grill to preheat
  4. Add sticks of butter, garlic, parsley and stir
  5. Add Shrimp and cook covered for 3 minutes on each side (or until pink)
  6.  Remove shrimp and place in a dish
  7. Pour remaining butter and garlic over shrimp
