Lobster Ramen with Shrimp
One of the best recipes I have ever made!!! Since my days of microwaving those plastic packs to experiencing chef-crafted ramen at a restaurant or food truck ramen has always been one of my favorite foods. Recently I saw an instagram post of lobster ramen with a creamy broth. I knew immediately how I would recreate that dish using chilau sauce. I prefer the Citrus flavor in cream-based dishes but if you happen to not have that flavor on hand Original or Gumbo will do it Justice.

Smothered Chicken with Chilau Gumbo
Smothered Chicken with Chilau Gumbo. This was one of those quick meals that I created on the spot. I had limited ingredients but enough to create some of the best chicken I’ve ever tasted. I had two left over bottles of Gumbo sitting in the fridge so I used those as the base flavor. I needed something low carb, so I served it over cauliflower rice. I finally have my cast iron pan seasoned just right and I’ve been using it more often! -
Chilau Seafood Curry with Dungeness Crab and Shrimp
If you have never had seafood curry you must try this recipe. Following the same 2:1 ratio as other chilau sauce preparations this recipe features the addition of Coconut Milk and Curry Powder. Feel free to get creative and adjust the meat and veggie to your preference!

This recipe represents the basic components for traditional Tampa style Chilau accept I only used shrimp and sausage in this recipe, no crab. Feel free to make the base your own and experiment with the meats and veggies to create new recipes. This is the recipe featured on the side of the Original (blue label) bottle. Many of our fans find the flavor very similar to Shrimp Creole.

Chilau Jambalaya with Jasmine Rice Shrimp and Sausage
In this addition I decided to add a Jambalaya spin on the same recipe I use for chicken and rice by swapping out the chicken for shrimp and sausage with our Gumbo Chilau Sauce which has that enhanced “trinity” flavor. This would also be a great recipe to try with some of our seasoned rice selections.
